“Double your CashBack” Promotion

HOW TO ENTER

1.      Do a CashBack transaction using your CashBack card at any participating CashBack retailer in Western Australia during March.

2.      Every tenth completed CashBack transaction results in the cardholder receiving double the amount of CashBack for that transaction, credited to their CashBack card. There is no limit on the number of entries. You can enter as many times as you like.

ENTRY DETAILS

1.      No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Each entry must be associated with a separate qualifying CashBack transaction.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1.      Information on “How to Enter” and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2.      Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

3.      Entry is open to all Western Australian residents only. Directors of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate, companies associated with the promotion and persons administering the promotion are ineligible to enter or win.

4.      The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering or being suspected of tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

5.      Every valid CashBack transaction is eligible to receive the prize. The prize will only apply for every tenth CashBack transaction processed through an IMSE loyalty terminal, and every tenth transaction processed using a Manual Transaction booklet.

6.      Every entry must be associated with a separate qualifying CashBack transaction.

7.      Promotion commences 2 March 2006 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 14 April 2006. Prize winners will be notified by telephone (SMS) or by email to the address nominated in their CashBack card.

8.      By entering the promotion, winning entrants provide the Promoter permission to use their names for publicity purposes in connection with their participation and any prizes won. Publicity may include publication of entrants’ details and picture in print, audio, visual, electronic and other media.

9.      Decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.  The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

11.  If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.

12.  No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time the relevant CashBack transaction is fully processed.

 

13.  The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize.

14.  All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this promotion. To do this, the Promoter may disclose your personal information to other companies associated with this promotion and to State and Territory Lottery Departments. If you do not provide your personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter you into this promotion. In most cases, you can gain access to your personal information by contacting the Promoter’s Compliance Officer on (02) 9687 1900.
